Darling Downs Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse – School Based Youth Health Nurse to support students in Allora and Clifton. You will deliver health assessments, early intervention and referrals while promoting health literacy and resilience across school communities.
You will collaborate with schools, families and community services to coordinate responses to health needs, applying your clinical expertise to improve youth health outcomes and foster healthy school environments.
