Xero is seeking an experienced Salesforce engineer to deliver well-structured features across Salesforce and connected sales tools over a 3–6 month horizon, tying outcomes to customer and business goals using data, insights and AI-aware trade-offs.
You will mentor teammates, improve engineering practices, and ensure reliable, zero-impact deployments while collaborating with sales and technical partners in a adaptable hybrid setup.
