Adecco Portugal is seeking a Candidate Support Coordinator to deliver administrative and candidate-facing support across the ADF recruitment journey. You will guide candidates through complex requirements, manage documentation, and ensure timely, accurate processing.
You will work with Recruitment Delivery and Enlistment Coordination teams, maintain data integrity, respond to inquiries, and identify bottlenecks to keep the pipeline moving while upholding compliance and security standards.
