About the Role
We continue to experience significant growth, and we are looking for a seasoned, ambitious Lawyer with at least 6-7 years PAE to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career,
and work towards partnership while expanding their experience and expertise in a dynamic, hands‐on legal practice.
In this role, you will:
Provide expert legal advice on Employment, Workers Compensation and Health and Safety Legislation.
Represent clients in Workers Compensation litigation, defend OH&S; matters prosecutions and appear before the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Circuit & Family Court.
Assist with policy drafting, compliance strategies, and dispute resolution for clients.
Gain exposure to employment law, human rights and OH&S; whilst expanding and developing your law expertise, working alongside a high-performing and cooperative team.
Key Requirements
6-7 years' experience in defending Workers Compensation Fair Work Commission claims and proceedings.
Exceptional and sophisticated skills drafting in plain English, negotiation, and advisory work.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a rapid‐paced, dynamic and high-performing environment.
