Salary (Cash component): $130,000 - $145,000 (depending on your experience)

About the Position
The Shire is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Executive Manager, with excellent leadership and communication skills. The preferred candidate will have an authentic commitment to continuous improvement and a minimum of five years' experience in local government management,
or equivalent experience in the private or public sectors with a comprehensive understanding of Local Government process and procedures. A recognised qualification in Engineering/Technical fields, or a related discipline is highly desirable.

Proven executive leadership experience within local government, engineering, infrastructure or technical services environments.
Solid strategic planning and organisational leadership capabilities.
Extensive experience managing infrastructure assets, capital works programs and operational services.
Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and driving organisational performance.
Strong financial management and budgetary oversight skills.
Highly developed stakeholder engagement and political awareness.
Excellent communication and report writing skills, including experience presenting to Council.
