Operations Supervisor – Commercial Cleaning Operations
Springmount Services is a 100% Australian owned and operated integrated services company with over **** staff nationwide, and we are currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Operations team.

About the Role
This salaried position is responsible for the daily supervision, coordination, and performance of cleaning operations at our Randwick client site.
The successful candidate will provide leadership to cleaning teams, maintain service standards, coordinate staffing requirements, conduct inspections, support employee development, and ensure client expectations are consistently achieved.
This is a hands‐on leadership role requiring a proactive supervisor who can manage people, solve operational issues, and drive a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.

Previous commercial cleaning supervision or management experience.
Ability to lead, coach, and support cleaning employees.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate daily operations and staffing requirements.

Key Selection Criteria




Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience supervising commercial cleaning operations.
Proven ability to manage cleaning teams and maintain service standards within a commercial environment.
Demonstrated experience with staff rostering, attendance management, and workforce coordination.
Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and workplace safety requirements.
Ability to conduct inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‐solving skills.
Ability to work independently while reporting effectively to management.
Current police check or willingness to obtain one.
The Role
Managing daily cleaning operations and ensuring scheduled tasks are completed to the required standard.
Coordinating staffing requirements and maintaining operational coverage.
Maintaining site rosters and reviewing daily staff attendance and shift requirements.
Leading, coaching, and supporting cleaning employees.
Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Delivering toolbox talks and communicating company expectations.
Monitoring equipment, chemical, and consumable requirements.
Reporting operational issues,



risks, and improvement opportunities to management.
Supporting employee training, development, and performance improvement.
Building positive relationships with clients, employees, and management.
Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Skills and Experience
Previous commercial cleaning supervision or management experience.
Experience leading cleaning teams within large commercial, retail, health, education, or similar environments.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent planning and organisational ability.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
Reliable, professional, and accountable work approach.
