Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a dedicated physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team delivering in-home services across the Western Sydney area. You'll assess, plan and implement evidence-based programs to support mobility, independence and quality of life for older clients in their own homes.
Working autonomously within a supportive, team-oriented team, you'll develop person-centred care plans, monitor outcomes and coordinate with families and Home and Community Care colleagues.
