Coles Group offers a two-year graduate program (three years for Finance) with hands-on learning across food, drink and home solutions. You'll rotate through functions, own real deliverables from day one, and grow through a tailored development program with support networks.
In year 2 you'll complete the Innovation Project and present ideas to our Executive Leadership Team and Coles Board. Hybrid work is available with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
