Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is seeking a Bereavement Support Social Worker or Psychologist to provide compassionate bereavement support across the palliative care journey. This role sits in the Specialist Palliative Care team and focuses on patients, families and carers.
You will coordinate bereavement support, deliver psycho-education, and help bereaved individuals access MLHD resources including counselling; a current driver's licence and willingness to travel are required.
