Brae is seeking an experienced Head Sommelier for a full time fixed-term maternity leave through May ****. You will lead the beverage program across the restaurant and guest suites, shaping wine and drink lists, purchasing and supplier relationships, cellar management and budgeting.
You will be on the floor, sharing knowledge, training the FOH team and contributing to a hospitality culture that emphasizes place, people and character within a small team.
