Manage linen, amenities and cleaning supply inventory within budget
People & Performance

Control labour costs against occupancy forecasts

Report regularly to management on occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction and labour cost
About You

At least 3-5 years in a senior rooms, front office or accommodation management role in a hotel or resort
Proven leadership of both front office and housekeeping teams
Strong working knowledge of a property management system (e.g. Opera, RMS, Cloudbeds) and channel managers
Solid commercial understanding of yield management, occupancy and cost control
Confidence managing and improving established marketing activity

Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and peak periods
Full Australian working rights
Highly regarded

A high-quality property with excellent facilities and a strong, supportive team
