Full-time | Where every cent, task and decimal point has its place
Do tidy inboxes, balanced accounts and clearly documented processes make your day? Do you spot the one figure that doesn't match, know where every file belongs, and quietly fix the spreadsheet formatting while everyone else is still talking?
If so, we should talk.

Provide clear, accurate handovers and proactively follow up on outstanding matters.
Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine enquiries.
Follow established procedures and identify areas where processes could work better.
Prepare reports, check data and investigate discrepancies.
Provide general office administration and support to the wider team as required.
Keep tasks moving, deadlines visible and loose ends firmly tied up.
You'll probably enjoy this role if you
Have previous experience in accounts, administration or a similar support role.
Are highly organized and genuinely attentive to detail.
Like transparent processes, use checklists without apology and follow through.
Can manage competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
Communicate clearly, professionally and helpfully.
Are confident using Microsoft Office, experience with Xero or Dynamics highly regarded.
Are comfortable learning new systems and asking sensible questions.
Take ownership of your work and double-check it before someone else has to.
What we offer
A stable, full-time role within an established Australian-owned business.
A supportive team environment with clear expectations and practical training.
Varied work where both accuracy and initiative are valued.
The opportunity to contribute ideas and improve the way things are done.
A workplace that values reliable people who take pride in getting the details right.
No recruitment agency assistance is required for this position.
