About the Role
As a Senior OT Grade 4 you will provide high quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions, as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will also work as part of the Leadership Team, and participate in service development at the CCU including the review of clinical, team and operational processes.
Participate in the development of strategies (in conjunction with team and leadership group) to enhance the quality of service delivered by the CCU.
Display a high standard of clinical practice and professional conduct at all times.
Provide supervision to students and junior OT staff in accordance with hospital policy.
Classifications for this position will range from OT Grade 4 HR9 - HR12 ($107,260 - $122,548 per annum pro rata)
Your Contribution
The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5 Years post qualification clinical experience within Mental Health Services.
Formal education/ qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy Registration with AHPRA A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History check, or willing to obtain

Footbridge CCU is a 20 bed community bed based residential mental health service. We care for and support consumers who live with complex and enduring mental illness, including co-occurring diagnosis and complex psycho-social issues, including integrated care needs.
Footbridge CCU has a large multi-disciplinary team that operates under a person centered strengths based model, as well as having a rehabilitation function.
