Key responsibilities
The nurse is responsible for coordinating and implementing nursing care, including comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to support patients in achieving optimal health outcomes.
The role also encompasses participation in quality improvement initiatives, clinical supervision, and ongoing career development, while adhering to NSW Health and SESLHD policies, demonstrating CORE values, and promoting a culture of wellbeing and exceptional care.
