Pandora is seeking a Store Manager who will be Pandora's ambassador on the shop floor, immersing in our brand, culture and product range to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead and coach the team, including an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, driving results and maintaining brand standards.
You will spend time on the shop floor, engage with customers, and partner with HR to manage performance while ensuring outstanding visual merchandising and store operations.
