We're looking for Halal Slaughtermen to join our Slaughter Floor team in Casino. Reporting to the Slaughter Floor Foreman, you'll work alongside a small, close-knit team to perform halal slaughtering for our beef and veal operations. If you're reliable, safety-conscious and ready to contribute in a rapid-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.
What you'll do
Perform halal slaughter of livestock at our Casino processing facility.
Accurately complete all required halal slaughter documentation.
What you'll bring
You are a practising Muslim.




You can work effectively in a repetitive, fast-paced environment.
Previous knife skills or slaughtering experience would be highly regarded.
You are reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a small team.
You are willing to obtain the relevant halal certifications required for the role.
Once fully trained, you can work confidently without direct supervision.
