You will work with other Department Managers and report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, guiding 20+ team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences, training and developing staff, and ensuring our widest range and best prices are showcased.
You will monitor service levels, liaise with Merchandising and Health & Safety teams, and build robust supplier relationships
