We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Clinical & Executive Coordinator to work closely with one of the Principals at Northern Sydney Dermatology & Laser. This key role is focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience while proactively managing and optimising Dr Wines' clinical diary. You will coordinate patients throughout their treatment journey, manage appointments, recalls and cancellations, and ensure patients feel informed, supported and well cared for. Working closely with our clinical, nursing and administration teams, you will help ensure Dr Wines' practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Managing and optimising Dr Wines' diary
Coordinating patient treatment plans, appointments and follow-up
Tracking conversations and reporting conversation data to Dr Wines
Providing a personalised, high-quality patient experience
Managing recalls, cancellations and appointment utilisation
Liaising between patients, Dr Wines and the clinical team




Supporting efficient systems, communication and workflows
Assisting with professional, educational and practice-related activities and training
Providing an exceptional service experience and patient care
About you
Proactive, personable and exceptionally organised
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy specialist medical practice
A passion for patient care
Experience in a medical workplace
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
