We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, embraces recent opportunities, and is ready to take ownership of the role
You'll act as the primary relationship for service, and issue-resolution for Brokers. You'll advocate internally on behalf of Brokers, remove friction in service delivery, and support a consistent, proactive broker experience aligned to IAG's Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) strategy.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based across multiple locations in Australia. You may be based in any of our offices nationwide. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
What You'll Do
Deliver responsive, professional support across a range of broker enquiries
Build strong understanding of broker needs to enhance their experience
Maintain clear and timely communication with brokers and internal stakeholders
Escalate complex or high-impact matters appropriately
Partner with underwriting, claims, and operations to progress requests
What You'll Bring
Strong customer service experience, preferably in finance or insurance environment
Comfortable engaging with senior brokers and internal leaders
Ability to operate autonomously with accountability
Good attention to detail and ability to analyse various sources of information
