Lead through change and strengthen organisational capability through effective people leadership, coaching and mentoring
What You'll bring to the Role
You are an experienced technical and people leader with broad knowledge across the mining value chain and a demonstrated ability to work successfully within large, complex and matrixed organisations.
You combine sound technical judgement with commercial awareness, recognising the connections between engineering decisions, operational performance, risk and long-term value.
Your background will include:
A tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering or an aligned discipline
Underground mining experience and strong knowledge across the technical mining value chain
Established leadership experience, including building team capability through coaching and mentoring

Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across a complex organisation
You will also be comfortable leading teams through change and creating an inclusive environment where people can contribute, develop and perform at their best
