The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement and purchasing function based at our state-of-the-art Oceania Headquarters in Kemps Creek, NSW. Reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that ensure the timely, cost-effective, and reliable supply of materials, products, equipment, and services across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies that support business objectives, inventory requirements, and supply continuity.
Build strong supplier partnerships and negotiate commercial agreements to deliver value and performance.
Monitor supplier performance, manage supply risks, and drive continuous improvement across the supplier network.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, procurement efficiencies, and supplier consolidation.




Lead sourcing, tender, and contract management activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance requirements.
Provide leadership to the Purchasing team and deliver reporting on purchasing performance, savings initiatives, and key procurement risks.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven procurement leadership experience with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Experience in manufacturing, construction, building products, or FMCG environments.
Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, and supply chain principles.
Demonstrated success leading teams and building stakeholder relationships.
SAP ERP system experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and relevant qualifications highly regarded.
