About You
Proven experience designing, developing and deploying training programs end-to-end
Robust stakeholder engagement skills
Strong instructional design and curriculum development capability
Experience developing digital learning content
Confident project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Job Role
Facilitate workshops/consultations to gather learning requirements and content inputs
Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and learning needs
Design and develop learning materials (facilitator guides, learner workbooks, assessments, job aids)
Coordinate deployment and implementation, including rollout support and feedback cycles
Configure, upload,



test and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System, including supporting UAT/pilots
