Sales Associate
to join their high-performing Sydney team.
The Chance:
This is an ideal role for a motivated sales professional looking to accelerate their career within a supportive, high-growth environment. You'll work directly with business owners and key decision-makers, helping them access funding solutions that genuinely support growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Converting inbound and outbound leads into funded opportunities
Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to close
Identifying and qualifying high-potential commercial opportunities
Conducting discovery calls, product demonstrations and client meetings
Maintaining a disciplined and accurate pipeline within the CRM
Working closely with marketing and senior sales leadership
Developing market knowledge across SME lending and business finance




Supporting and mentoring junior team members as your experience grows
About You:
2+ years' experience in sales, customer service or a client-facing commercial role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business and finance
Resilient, driven and motivated by achieving results
Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or a similar CRM platform
