About us
Our Community Care Unit provides a vital stepping stone between hospital-based mental health care and independent living. Supporting adults aged ***** who are in recovery but still need structured support, the service provides a safe, supervised residential environment where residents can rebuild confidence, develop practical skills and prepare for life in the community.
The team supports residents to manage their physical and mental wellbeing, medications and everyday living skills, while building confidence through cooking, cleaning, shopping, community access, work or study and social connections.
With 20 self-contained one-bedroom units, the setting provides residents with a genuine home-like environment while they work towards greater independence.
