Our trusted team works with a wide range of distributors and retailers to supply height safety PPE to the construction sector. We are known for our innovative fall protection and height safety solutions and protecting people in challenging environments is our goal.
We are looking for a Brisbane based Sales Account Manager to work with our existing client base, prospect for new distributor partnerships and drive end user engagement to encourage uptake of our products.
About the Role
Based at our Brisbane site, you will be working with the Sydney based Sales Manager to support, train and partner with our clients to maximise sales. You will also be winning and working with end user accounts, channelling sales via our distributors.
Responsibilities will include:
Key account management of our national and independent distributors and retailers
Attending and supporting activations such as tool box talks, trade breakfasts, tradeshow events and in-store promotions
Attending joint calls with distributors and meeting with end-user clients on site
Providing training sessions for distributors, retailers and end users
Finding and developing new end-user relationships for our distributors
Carry out site audits and propose supply of PPE products
Maintaining accurate CRM data, reporting and forecasting
This role requires regular travel around Queensland and Australia and you can expect to be away from home regularly.
About You
Sales experience in the health & safety, PPE or construction sectors is preferred and an understanding of good retail practices, merchandising and in-store product promotions will be an advantage.
Our success comes from being out in the market with our clients, working alongside our customers and understanding their needs. Time in the office will be at a minimum in this role.
