Sitemate is seeking a People Operations lead to own the employee lifecycle end-to-end across four entities. You'll run payroll, onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles and compensation reviews, with a mandate to automate processes using AI to scale a lean team.
Based in Sydney, you'll partner with Finance to reconcile and report, implement scalable policies, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions. You'll document processes and continuously improve systems to support rapid growth.
