Tradewind Australia is partnering with a respected not-for-profit to recruit a compassionate Client Outcome Facilitator (AOD support worker) in Cairns. This role focuses on holistic, end-to-end case management, advocacy and practical support for clients on the AOD program.
You will work alongside people at different stages of their journey, listening, supporting, problem-solving and helping them move toward greater independence and wellbeing within explicit policies and service agreements.
