Synergie Australia is hiring 10 Call Centre Operators for a large public sector organisation in Parramatta. The role is 100% onsite with a rotating roster 7:00am–7:00pm, and an initial two-week full-time classroom training period.
You will handle inbound inquiries, provide professional customer service, and learn current systems while working towards independent handling of enquiries after training. Police check required, interview in Parramatta.
