Fleet Manager
to lead our B2B fleet team. Reporting to the Head of Logistics & Business Integration, you'll be responsible for the leadership of our Fleet Scheduler and driver workforce, while overseeing fleet scheduling, service delivery, safety performance and operational outcomes.
This is a leadership position where your success will come from engaging with people, solving problems, maintaining high standards and driving accountability across the operation.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading and developing a frontline team
Managing performance, attendance and day-to-day employee matters
Overseeing fleet allocations and operational schedules
Driving a robust safety culture and ensuring compliance




Reviewing operational data and performance reporting
Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and service delivery
We're looking for someone who:
Has proven experience leading frontline or operational teams
Thrives in a fast-paced logistics, transport or service environment
Is confident using systems, data and reporting tools
Communicates clearly and builds robust working relationships
