BFT Prahran is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to lead day-to-day operations, nurture member relationships and guide a dedicated coaching team. This is a hands-on, front-facing leadership role within BFT's Prahran studio, with a robust focus on culture, service and performance.
You will work closely with the Head Coach and owners to ensure high standards in engagement, retention, sales and operations, while fostering a positive, energetic team culture across the studio.
