Reporting to the Service Manager, you will coordinate workflow, monitor productivity, and ensure repairs are completed safely and to the highest standards.
You will work closely with Service Advisors and Parts to keep operations running smoothly, mentor technicians and apprentices, and drive a culture focused on customer satisfaction
