Belgravia Group's BelgraviaPRO division is seeking a Part time Contact Centre Consultant to support caravan parks, holiday parks and wellness centres across Victoria from a remote home office.
You will handle guest inquiries by phone, email, SMS and live chat, promote services, and help convert enquiries into bookings while maintaining high guest experience standards. National police check and WWC are required.
