We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Practice Manager to lead our established Browns Plains dental centre. With 3 chairs, a strong focus on general dentistry and fortnightly prosthodontic sessions, this centre provides quality, accessible care to families across Browns Plains and the wider Logan community. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager, people leader or Senior Dental Assistant ready to step up. You'll be supported by your Regional Manager and national teams to develop your leadership skills and make your mark in a rewarding, fast-paced environment.

About the role
As Manager, you'll take responsibility for the daily operations of the Browns Plains centre, ensuring a positive and professional environment for both patients and your team.
You'll:
Lead, mentor and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience every time
Manage rosters, appointment scheduling, patient flow and centre presentation




Support dentists to deliver efficient, high-quality general dental care
Coordinate fortnightly prosthodontic sessions, including scheduling, patient preparation, lab work timelines and treatment plan follow-up
Ensure compliance with clinical and operational policies and procedures
Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Partner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growth
This role combines hands-on operational management with genuine people leadership. It's ideal for someone who thrives on variety, teamwork and making things run smoothly.
About you
You're approachable, organised and team-oriented: the kind of leader who leads by example and knows how to bring out the best in others. You take pride in your centre, care about your patients, and love creating a positive setting for your team.
You'll also bring:
Experience in dental as a Practice Manager, Senior DA or team leader
Confidence managing the daily operations of a busy centre
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop others
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves




A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
Familiarity with prosthodontic or specialist workflows (highly regarded, but not essential)
