About our school
Holy Spirit College is a Catholic co-educational secondary school located in the rapidly developing suburb of Fitzgibbon in North Brisbane, approximately 15km from Brisbane CBD. The College opened in January **** with 96 Year 7 students and will increase by one year level annually until we reach Year 12. The College is master planned for **** students.

About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the development, maintenance, and operations of relevant systems and administrative resources, and recommending improvements to processes and procedures
Act as the primary point of contact between the College and the SECA Association and coordinate all administration requirments as well as other interschool sporting competitions
Communicate sporting competition information, draws, schedules and event requirements to students, families and staff
Support the operational planning and delivery of all College sporting events including Athletics Carnival, Swimming Carnival, Cross Country and Gala Days
Coordinate sporting event logistics including equipment, venues, transportation, risk management requirements and event schedules
Coordinate the event-day operations and allocation of students, staff and volunteers for sporting events and competitions
Ensure documentation and processes comply with College and Brisbane Catholic Education requirements
Assist in securing resources and opportunities that enhance student participation and achievement in sport
Identify and apply for external grants and funding opportunities to support sport and physical activity programs
Maintain accurate sporting records, databases and participation information

About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
Overseeing and improving systems and administrative resources, having recommended and implemented process enhancements
Coordinated daily administrative tasks, managed workloads and fostered teamwork
Interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and procedures related to school operations
Managing procurement activities and financial administration
Marketing and promoting administrative services, ensuring programs align with school needs and current trends
For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements
Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
