4WD Supacentre is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our retail team on the shop floor, drive revenue growth and develop a high-performing sales culture.
You will spend approximately 80% of your time on the sales floor, coaching staff, supporting customer conversations and closing sales.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work with regional leadership to achieve store objectives and deliver outstanding customer experiences across outdoor, camping and adventure products.
