Digital & Growth Marketing Manager
to take ownership of our digital marketing engine.
We're looking for a commercially minded, hands-on digital marketer who wants to take ownership of acquisition, CRM, database and digital performance, working with specialist partners and resources where appropriate.
Your prospect
Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with our founders and sales team, you'll take ownership of digital and growth marketing across AssetBase.
You'll inherit established digital acquisition activity, HubSpot, an active customer and prospect database, a growing content program and meaningful paid media investment.
Your mandate is to improve what we have, strengthen our digital marketing capability and identify new opportunities for growth.
What you'll own
Digital acquisition & performance
Own digital acquisition strategy and performance across Google and Meta.
Manage and optimise paid media activity, working hands-on and/or with specialist partners as appropriate.
Manage media budgets, testing and optimisation.
Lead generation, CPL, CAC and conversion performance.
GA4, tracking, attribution and reporting.
HubSpot, CRM & database
Database segmentation and EDM.
Automation, workflows and nurture journeys.
Lead lifecycle management and reactivation.
Marketing dashboards and integration with sales outcomes.
Digital ecosystem
Website and landing page optimisation.
CRO, SEO and lead capture.
Digital customer journeys and analytics.




Management of specialist web and technical resources.
You'll also play an important role in the broader AssetBase marketing program, working with internal and external resources across content, social, brand, campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a digital growth marketer with genuine depth who is ready for greater ownership and commercial responsibility.
You'll ideally bring:
5+ years' digital, growth or performance marketing experience.
Strong hands-on Google Ads and Meta capability.
Advanced HubSpot or comparable CRM/automation experience.
Strong lead generation, funnel and conversion experience.
GA4, tracking, attribution and analytical capability.
Understanding of SEO, CRO, websites and landing pages.
Strong commercial judgement and focus on measurable outcomes.
Confidence working directly with senior leadership and sales teams.
Property, financial services or another lead-generation/considered-purchase environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
