Role Description
Eskleigh Foundation is looking for a People & Safety Advisor. The P&C; team is currently undergoing a transformation from an administrative function, to an impactful organisational partner.
We are looking for someone who is a true generalist P&C; skilled,
with experience in WHS and advising leaders on performance management, alongside a fair and just culture.
This role is based in Perth, 15 minutes from the Launceston CBD at the historic Eskleigh Home. The role will require statewide travel where needed, as we have sites in the North, NW and Southern regions of Tasmania.
The role is flexible, whether FT or PT hours available for the right candidate, as well as the salary based of experience. As a not for profit organisation, there is also salary packaging available as well.
Candidates are advised that Eskleigh works under the NDIS and other bodies within the community sector. A National Police Check, WWVP with Child & NDIS Employment registration and a drivers licence is required for the role.
