Our client is a national construction and insurance practice with a strong reputation in construction disputes and litigation. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Construction and Insurance Disputes Lawyer with 3 to 6 years' PAE to join the Sydney team.

About the role
You will act for builders, contractors, principals, developers, sub-contractors and construction insurers on disputes across construction, projects and infrastructure. You will:
Run construction and insurance disputes with partner and special counsel oversight




Draft pleadings, advice and correspondence
Manage day-to-day client contact on your files
Work alongside partners and special counsel on the larger matters
Take on increasing responsibility as your experience builds
What you'll bring
3 to 6 years' PAE
Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
Litigation or dispute resolution experience, construction or insurance preferred
Strong drafting and advocacy skills and a cooperative approach
Additional information
$135K - $180K + super, set by experience
