Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide secure, compassionate clinical care for residents with diverse and complex needs during Thursday and Friday night shifts. You will work closely with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team to support each resident's quality of life.
You will assess, plan and review care, administer medications, ensure accurate documentation, and actively participate in infection control and escalation processes to maintain high standards of care.
