We have a fantastic opportunity for an
HSE Advisor
to join our team based at Seven Hills. This role will support the WHS function across the business, helping to embed a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with our Safety Management System, policies, and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions
Assisting with workplace inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with SWMS and safety requirements
Maintaining WHS documentation, records, and ISO compliance
Coordinating WHS training and inductions for employees and contractors
Providing day-to-day support and advice to operational teams
Promoting safety awareness and continuous improvement across the business
What we're looking for:
Minimum
Cert IV in WHS




(or working towards)
1-3 years' experience in WHS, ideally in construction, telco, or engineering environments
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Enthusiasm for safety, with the ability to build positive working relationships
Previous exposure to ISO management systems and incident investigation methods (desirable)
