The Role
Abrand, NEUW, Rolla's is coming to Moorabbin DFO! We are looking for a confident, people-first leader who is denim obsessed and keeps their finger on the pulse of the store to bring our brand culture to life. The successful candidate will have their eye on all aspects of their business from store operations, team training, denim knowledge and creating an exceptional customer experience. Kitted out in the best jeans,



and bringing their passion for denim to life to make our customers feel excellent to every shift.
Key Responsibilities
Provide an outstanding customer experience and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
Embrace and represent our brands, by wearing our products to inspire our customers and teams
Drive and exceed sales results and KPIs through exceptional service, product knowledge and VM execution
Lead and inspire our team to bring our brand culture to life
Commercially focussed decision making and clear communication with HO to support the growth of our global brand
Ensure daily store operations run smoothly, including financial management and store reporting
Coach, mentor, and motivate staff, creating a safe and encouraging workplace
Who you are
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a Retail leadership role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for team development
Strong understanding of the retail industry and enthusiasm for our Brands
Ability to analyse data, track store performance and maximise opportunities
Commitment to maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
