The Lakes Hotelis a beautiful local pub in the heart of Rosebery. The venue boasts a large beer garden, a thriving food operation, function and event spaces, a sports bar, TAB and gaming facilities.
The Role
Successful candidates will:
Possess a solid background in all facets of bar and gaming operations or someone new to the industry willing to apply themselves and learn the ropes!
Have a solid focus on customer service, while maintaining and driving growth within the venue
Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
An outgoing and motivated personality withhigh levels of energy
Ability to build rapport with customers
Training provided in your department
A strong commitment to your personal and professional development
A career pathway provided and development opportunities for those looking to progress their career in hospitality.
This position will require the applicant to be available fornight, weekend, and Public Holiday work
