Bendigo Health is seeking a Psychosocial Support Worker to join the HOPE program, providing up to three months of proactive, tailored outreach support to people after suicide attempts or with responsible ideation.
Under HOPE coordination, you will assist patients to navigate services, link with carers and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote connectedness and wellbeing.
