Due to growth, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join their Disputes practice, with a focus on property disputes.
Acting for developers, corporate entities and high net worth individuals, you will manage a broad range of disputes relating to:
residential and commercial building projects
adverse possession
water flow, easements and covenants
owners corporation
general commercial agreements and contracts
sale and purchase of land
retail and commercial leasing
joint venture projects
