Endeavour Group is recruiting an Assistant Manager for the Federal Hotel in Toowoomba. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing busy dining, live sports, and gaming areas, while guiding a team of hospitality staff and collaborating with other venue leaders to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You'll mentor the team, manage peak shifts, and ensure safe, vibrant operations with a solid community focus. RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence are required by state regulations.
