Everybody Clinics is looking for an exceptional
Clinic Manager
to lead our beautiful Kedron clinic.
This is a key leadership role within our organisation. As Clinic Manager, you are responsible for the performance, culture, standards & overall success of your clinic. We currently have
six clinics
across Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast, and while our teams are spread across multiple locations, our leadership team stays closely connected and works
together as one
.
You will lead your team, drive sales and KPIs, manage the day-to-day operation of the clinic & ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from their first interaction through to the completion of their treatment journey.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, motivating & developing your clinic team
Driving clinic sales, revenue, conversion & KPI performance
Achieving your own personal KPIs and leading from the front
Conducting consultations & confidently recommending personalised treatment plans
Coaching your team across consultations, sales, conversion & client retention
Monitoring team performance and holding people accountable to expectations
Training and supporting team members to continually improve
Running team meetings and maintaining clear communication across the clinic
Managing clinic organisation,



presentation, cleanliness & day-to-day operations
Maintaining exceptionally high standards of client care and service
Reporting to & working closely with our Regional Manager
Completing client milestone appointments and reviewing treatment progress
Assisting with treatments and supporting the clinic floor when required
Sales & Performance
Sales is a significant part of this role.
We are NOT looking for someone who simply maintains a clinic. We are looking for someone who wants to
grow one
.
You will need to be comfortable working with targets, understanding your numbers and taking ownership of performance across both yourself and your team.
You should be confident with:
Individual and clinic revenue targets
High-value consultations
Conversion and closing treatment plans
Reviewing sales performance and identifying missed opportunities
Coaching your team to improve results
Following up prospective and existing clients
Having clear and constructive performance conversations

Experience within beauty, aesthetics, wellness, sales or clinic management is highly regarded, however
full training is provided across our treatments, systems and processes

We are also open to strong candidates from outside the industry where the right leadership and sales experience exists.
