As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and referrers-playing an essential role in creating a smooth and supportive patient experience. If you're someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment, has a passion for helping others, and enjoys working in a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:*** Answering incoming calls with warmth and professionalism* Scheduling appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of booking slots* Providing patients with clear information on scan preparation, costs, and concession eligibility* Processing patient referrals and coordinating with internal clinical teams* Working closely with radiologists, technicians, and admin colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery* Maintaining accuracy in patient data entry and handling confidential information with care**What We're Looking For** ***** A strong 'patient-first' approach with excellent customer service skills* Confident communicator who is calm, compassionate,
