Coles Group Graduate Program offers two years of hands-on learning across functional rotations, designed to help you grow and take on meaningful work with real ownership. From day one you'll contribute to providing food, drink and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable and healthy for customers, in-store and online, while benefiting from a tailored development program and a supportive network.
Hybrid work is available with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home; applications open March
