You'll lead Optimum's Occupational Therapists in Tasmania as Occupational Therapy Discipline Area Manager, based in Hobart or Launceston, while keeping a clinical caseload of about 21 billable hours a week. It suits an experienced Occupational Therapist who wants to mentor clinicians and shape service quality without leaving clinical work behind. Relocation assistance may be available for interstate candidates.
You'll work closely with operational and clinical leaders across the organisation.

Supporting complex client presentations when required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience And Approach
Minimum 4 years' Occupational Therapy clinical experience
A record of achieving and exceeding clinical performance expectations
Leadership, coaching and mentoring capability,



including supporting clinician growth
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
Essential Registration And Checks
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Medicare Provider Number (or eligibility to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel between sites when required
