Alstom is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a permanent position to support the Perth Metronet site operations. Reporting to the HR Business Partnering Lead for the Rolling Stock & Components Product Line, you will support leaders and people managers with practical, hands-on HR support.
You'll handle generalist HR activities, performance management, governance training, IR/ER matters, and reporting, in a fast-paced industrial setting with unions.
